2 Bedroom apartment that takes up the entire floor on the 3rd floor. We are the first residents since the place was renovated so everything is brand new. Tons of natural light, with windows that insulate great against weather and sound. The building only has 2 other full time residents so it is very quiet and feels like completely your own space.

You can easily fit a queen bed and furniture in here. The room can come furnished with the closet units, TV, table & curtains or unfurnished depending on your preference. Bed frame could also be included, but my roommate says it isn't in great condition

Below us is an office used by the owner of the building for his plumbing business, so any issue is taken care of that day, but they aren't around after 5 making it very calm.
