Moved to Vegas 2.5 years ago with my girl of 10 years, but we just broke up and have to venture out on my own. Bartender, work or out most nights, spend most time in bed when home or an outside patio smoker. Will most likely have my small frenchie with me or at least partial custody, well trained and quite unless the doorbell rings, doesn’t like cats, 50/50 chance with other dogs. I like to come home to a place that looks and feels good, almost resort ish, with a great pool and decent gym. I have a few neighborhoods in mind around the 95 and Summerlin prkwy area, under $1600 so under $800 a piece. I’ve lived in the area for 2 years and love it out here.
