looking for a girl (23–30) to rent the second room in my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment starting anytime mid-June (can wait till july)

$1100/month + utilities (Wi-Fi ~$30, electricity ~$50–90 depending on season)
• First + last month rent up front + $600 deposit
• 11-month lease minimum
Private bedroom with walk-in closet, private bathroom with a tub, private balcony only accessible from your room
• In-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal
• 4th floor unit (elevator in building)
• Parking is unassigned but easy, mostly covered, garages available for rent
• Fully furnished living room + kitchen (you’d just need your room & bathroom setup)

Amenities include:
Heated pool, hot tub, two game rooms, monthly free catered dinners in game room from complex, weekly dinner food trucks on site, gym , pool cabanas, cushion tanning/lounge chairs, gated community, grills, outdoor common areas with ping pong & fire pits

Neighborhood:
NW Vegas – 4 mins from Mountain View Hospital, across from Desert Shores, 5 mins to Sprouts & Whole Foods, super convenient and safe area

Looking for:
A clean, drama-free, respectful woman (ages 23–30) with previous renting experience and 3 months of pay stubs to verify income. Bonus if you work night shifts or have an opposite schedule. I’m home Weds–Sat 9–6 (soon switching to Tues–Fri 9–6), and I value alone time on my off days.

Not allowed:
No hard drugs (420-friendly is fine), no heavy partiers, and dealbreaker if we’re home on the same schedule often
