Master Bedroom W/ Bathroom in Great Burbank Location
I have a master bedroom that will become available March 1st and I am seeking a roommate who is responsible with a steady job, keeps areas clean and just all around a chill and nice person to be around. This unit is the lowest priced one in the building and it is also month to month rent, but prefer somebody willing to stay on for at least a year.
The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and closet area with plenty of space.The unit is in a newer built access controlled building and you will have one assigned parking spot in a gated underground garage. The kitchen has all appliances, there’s a private balcony, central heat/ air and the building also has a furnished rooftop terrace with lounge chairs, barbecues and ping pong, and there are laundry machines on each floor. Nearby there is a Smart & Final steps away so you don’t need to drive in order to go grocery shopping, there is a bar in front of said Smart & Final and the Chandler bike and jogging path is just down the street. Magnolia street with all sorts of restaurants and shops is only a 10 minute walk away, while downtown Burbank and Costco are less than 10 minute drive away. It is also close to the Warner Bros and Universal Studios lot.
