I am looking for a clean, and quiet environment as I am a working professional M-F and 2 nights a month I record my talk show.

My goal is to stay close to my job

I am respectful of others privacy, but am happy to socialize when if invited to do so. I think that connecting to my house mate(s) should be positive, and comradery is paramount to a successful home space.

I don't do drugs, smoke or vape and don't wish to be around it, so if you indulge, just let me know and we can move on-no problem. I do enjoy wine occasionally, and cook most of my meals at home, and clean up right after.

I have a very amicable, 15 year old short hair, indoor only lynx point siamese/maine coon female cat. She's super healthy (I make her organic food). Her name is Pazzo, pronounced like Pizza.
