Kayla R - $1,000/month

I am a current college student residing in Albany rent of around $400 a month (utilities included) Upon graduation I am planning on taking a year off prior to grad school to determine where I wish to attend and returning to home to the city returning. My issue is that I don't wish to move back in with my parents when I've lived away for the past four years. Looking for a place to move into late May 2019.

I'm an insomniac so I don't really sleep, but I often just spend that time reading or watching television within my room. I'm not a loud person and if I am in a partying mood, it wont be at our apt. thats for sure. I do have a few close friends that would like to visit from time to time. A place that welcomes animals is a plus seeing as well I do have small pets and would love to get a dog sometime.
