Manuela D - $900/month

Hey! My name is Manuela and I will be attending NYU Law as an exchange student during the 2019 fall semester. I currently live alone in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

I would like to live in a place with friendly and respectful roommates that share the same style of living as me. Since I currently live alone, I take care of all the cleaning, cooking, bill-paying, shopping and other household duties, so pulling my share will obviously not be a problem. I value peace and quiet and do not listen to music/talk on the phone/stomp around at unreasonable hours. I usually go to bed before midnight during the week. I clean the kitchen, bathroom and floors at least once a week and maintain a level of general cleanliness by doing the dishes direclty after using them wiping down surfaces, picking up after myself, etc. every day. Definitely not a clean freak but I do maintain my living spaces tidy and liveable.

I love to cook and ocasionally make a big batch of something (quiches, homemade burgers, casseroles) to later freeze and eat throughout the week. If this would be a problem I would not do it, but I would be open to occasionally cooking together or sharing a meal! No preference on sharing gorceries or not.

I'm not 100% sure what my shcedule will be like but I expect to spend a fair bit of time at school or studying. If I'm home I mostly keep to myself but would like to catch up with my roommates and sometimes hang out together. I like to read in my spare time and also just chill and watch netflix.
