About Me: My name is Tanzina, I work 9 to 5, easygoing and respectful, keep to myself. I barely cook and when I do, it’s small portions so the kitchen is pretty much yours. I am out 8am–6pm, then home to unwind — quiet, considerate, zero drama. I have a boyfriend who visits me here and there and when he does, we mostly stay in my room watching tv or so. He is in NYPD so he works a lot.
Building amenities: gym, rooftop, lounge, app-based laundry, concierge, Amazon lockers, live-in super, reserved parking, modern appliances, individual room temp control.
Some Basic household rules: Everyone cleans up after themself, respectful, no smoking in the apartment allowed by the management, building quiet hours start from 10pm.
