Hello! I'm a recent graduate from WashU moving to New York for a tech position at a finance firm.

-I'll be working from home indefinitely due to the pandemic situation, and I'm looking for a roommate who's also taking the pandemic seriously (wearing masks, washing hands, disinfecting items, social distancing when appropriate).

-I consider myself pretty chill when it comes to rooming, at the bare minimum I just want someone who is a good communicator, and respects space & cleanliness in shared areas.

-I'm also more than willing to be super social and become good friends with a potential roommate, but I also respect alone time as I need it myself to recharge.

-My hobbies include making shitty art, cooking/baking, attempting to take care of plants, working out, listening to (mostly any type of) music, wine & ciders & sour beers, and am 420 friendly.

-I don't have any pets yet, but am super pet friendly (dogs, cats, snakes, fish, turtles, lizards, birds, etc. are all welcome).

-Extra points if you're also looking to make the shared space aesthetically pleasing 8)

-I'm looking to stay in the Hell's Kitchen area, since it's close by my office, but am willing to look in surrounding neighborhoods as well.
