Looking for someone to join me and my two pets in my Crown Heights apartment starting September 1st. The bedroom is big enough for a queen and a small desk. It includes a walk-in closet, an individual AC unit and lots of natural light. The apartment has an open-concept living room and kitchen with lots of cabinet space and a big fridge. There is one bathroom which includes a shower and deep bathtub.
It is a 5-minute walk from the L and the LIRR and a 10-minute walk from the A, C, and J lines. There’s a grocery store and laundry within walking distance.
The rent is $1200 which includes heat and water. There is also a one month security deposit. The lease is for a year. As a bonus, you may move in after August 15th with no extra charge once lease and payments for September are completed.
I have two pets who absolutely love people. If you like animals, you will get along swimmingly!
