Shaan T - $3,000/month

Started a new job based out of NYC and looking for a place starting mid October time frame.
A little about me:
- Will be spending majority of the weekdays / evenings in the office (typically hours are 9-9ish). This means dinners most night are at work - though I may work from home at times (e.g - one day a week or in the evenings)
- When I'm not working, enjoy being active and exercising (usually an hour at the gym / running when the weather allows)
- Looking forward to exploring the city (restaurants, nightlife, shows) when I do get a chance on weekends and meeting new people / new friends
- Big sports fan (hockey, football) and enjoy playing recreational sports as well

I'm pretty laid back otherwise and generally easy to get along with. Do like to keep my space clean / tidy. Prefer dogs (not a big cat person). Ideally, would be great to be friends/close with my roommate as I will be new to the city. Would be awesome to share a space with someone who also is looking to enjoy all the city has to offer / and is just generally a considerate, clean roommate!
