Ideally between the ages of 38 to 100
I will be relocating to NYC December 2023 intially on a six month visa while my longer term o visa is finalised so respecting those conditions i seek a six month contract with the option to extend if all parties happy to do so.
As my credit history will not relate to USA a share is easier to build credit history .
I am mainly plant based and like to eat healthy .
Someone similar would be good but not essential .
I have an indoor outdoor cat , neutered and chipped so private outdoor access is essential for him and he is very friendly so a cat lover you must be .
I am not a noisy party person . I believe in quality over quantity in all areas of my life .
I enjoy dance, theatre , museums , paranormal , vintage shopping, writing ,arts and crafts , spending them in nature and of course I love animals .
A flat mate to share a nice glass of wine with and maybe a movie or too . A place where we both call home and be supportive and respectful of each others goals and aspirations
