Hey everyone! I'm moving to Philadelphia the first week of July and am looking for a roommate to rent an apartment in or near Center City.

I’m 22 and graduating from the University of Richmond. I’m a people-person, and I enjoy live music, going out to bars, working out (running through the city, hitting the gym, rec-league sports, etc.), thrift/consignment store shopping, and art. During the week, I'm locked in and go to sleep around 10-11 pm. My schedule on the weekends runs a bit later.

I'm looking for a roommate who is also a young professional, keeps their place relatively clean, is trustworthy, and social. I'm here to make friends, but I'm also fine moving in different circles than my roommate.
