Hello! This is an extraordinarily large apartment on the top floor of a Pre-war, three story walk up. There are three bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, separate living room and shared bathroom. We are two females in our mid-twenties, a young professional and graduate student. We love to cook, drink wine/tequila and are covid conscious. We are very chill but love having a clean and tidy home.
Room comes with two built in closets, a wall mounted desk, a small set of drawers and rug. Optional bed frame and mattress for sale, 100$.
The lease is month to month, 1st months and security deposit required to move in.
No pets or couples please. (but bring as many plants as you wish)
