There is just one other late 20s female in the apartment now. She is clean, quiet, and easy going personality. She will share with you a kitchen, living room, fireplace, half bathroom, and balcony. She has 3 guinea pigs so would prefer no other pets, but is open to a cat or small dog(do have to pay more if you bring one). Also has a lot of the shared furniture, but willing to get rid of some.
