Hi! I’m Kat (23F) and looking for a roomie! I already have one roommate who is 21, but we need one more ASAP! We live within walking distance to Lake Lewisville in a safe, family-oriented community. My house is in THE COLONY (not main Dallas) and rent is 800/mo plus utilities (which are consistently quite cheap). We are CAT friendly (the kitty litter is kept in the glassed in porch though so the house doesn’t smell like cats). Not sure what else to say haha we’re pretty wholesome people.
