Payton V - $900/month

Hi, I'm Payton! I just graduated from Baylor University and will be moving to the Roanoke/Westlake area for work. My job has me working traditional, 9-5 hours, so I would likely be in the apartment outside of those times. In the past, I have kept my room clean and organized. I always clean up my dishes as soon as I can and keep the apartment as a whole as clean as possible. I have a female cat named Chief who would probably be good with other animals if she lived with them for an extended period of time. She absolutely loves people and has not had a single person to this day who she did not like. I do not have a room at this time, so I am open to finding a roommate to find a place to live with or moving in with someone who already has a room.
