The room is 11' x 11' plus closet, the bathroom 9' x 5' plus tub.
The whole space was recently updated.
The room and bathroom are upstairs - one flight of stairs.
The common space is downstairs and includes a living room, dining room with fire place, medium-size kitchen, deck facing a green belt, and guest bathroom.
The townhouse is an end unit in a cul-de-sac. It's surrounded by common grounds that are maintained by an HOA. The neighborhood is safe, nice for walking and biking with a park nearby.
1 uncovered parking space in the cul-de-sac is available plus some street parking.
There are 2 short-hair indoor/outdoor cats who are friendly and cute (personal opinion).
I speak English and German and prefer an immigrant and/or LGBTQIA+ roommate.
I'm fully vaccinated. I prefer someone who's not a night owl and not a smoker.
