I just bought this beautiful townhome in North Lynnwood. Looking for a responsible, clean & respectful roommate to share it with =)

A little about me- I am a full time Nurse. I work night shift so would prefer someone who can be somewhat quiet during the daytime. I enjoy cooking, baking, spending time with friends/ going out for happy hour, adventuring outdoors/ hiking & playing with my cats. I am friendly, laid back and easy going. I would like to keep a stress/drama free environment. Looking for someone with similar lifestyle and interests. Ideally I would like to find someone where we could occasionally hang out in the common areas while also respecting each other’s space and privacy.

Townhome itself has 3 stories; 1st is garage, 2nd floor is living/dining/kitchen area, with a small balcony. 3rd floor is 2 bed/2 bath. Long garage for 1 car. Lots of storage available. There is another parking spot right out front. Guest parking also available within the community.
Community also features a pool, hot tub, workout room and clubhouse for your recreational use
Close to grocery stores, near Alderwood mall and other shopping centers
Easy access to I5, I405, Park & Rides

You will have your own room and bathroom (unfurnished and your bathroom includes the laundry)
Living and dining area will be furnished
No pets- I already have two cats
Move in payment includes first month’s rent + security deposit
