Hi!! I'm looking for either a room for >$1500 or roomies to split the cost of a 2-3 bedroom, ideally around Prospect Park or Crown Heights.

Looking for a move-in 7/1 but willing to do a week or two prior. :)

- friendly and easygoing
- clean but is okay when spaces look lived in

Preferred room:
- near train lines (walking distance)
- close to Prospect Park or A/C line !!
- spacier common area with a separate kitchen

About me:

I'm a biracial + 🏳️‍🌈 woman from Boston who's been living in NYC for 5 years. I'm a huge fan of the color pink (but will keep it contained to my room lol) and all things fantasy. I spend my free time either reading, playing RPGs, or bingewatching kdramas and netflix specials.

I work remotely full-time in Operations, so l'll be home for most of the day during the week to bring in that package you got delivered or let you in if you're locked out. I don't care about noise while working so feel free to stream shows, blast music, etc.!

I have 2 neutered male cats who are both super friendly & mess-free. They've lived with other cats before with little to no fuss (my current roomie has 2 cats of her own).

I try and cook all of my meals so I have a lot of useful appliances and cabinet/pantry items already. My motto is to clean up right after I finish cooking, so you'll never be left with a messy kitchen. I'm horrible at portioning ingredients so if you're ever hungry I always have extras.
