Seeking someone to take over my room in a fully furnished 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house with my two incredibly chill roommates - both in late 20’s working for tech startups. Rent is $1,248/mo. The lease is good until May 2021. 420 friendly (outside only). House has FAST WIFI (included), a huge backyard, one incredibly awesome, good girl (woof). Bench press/weights in the garage (separate from the house). The garage also has laundry machines. Backyard has cornhole, ping pong and a nice grill.

Can move in whenever! Ideally, August 1, but can per diem it for you if you move in early.
