Summer T - $1,200/month

Hi I'm a 50 year old single female I am recently transitioning from a long-term relationship and looking for a place of my own. I treat my home as my sanctuary and as well a place to recharge. I consider myself an introverted extrovert. I can be very social I'm typically working in hospitality or something to do with the public but I'm also very private and use my home as a place to recharge. I typically don't have a lot of visitors or overnight guests. I've been in the valley for over 25 years. I have two grown children Darian and Liana they're both over the age of 25 I am currently renting a room in Palm Springs. Unfortunately my landlord is facing some financial difficulties which are inhibiting him from providing the amenities included with my rent as well he is trying to sell his townhouse which requires many upgrades and traffic. I'm looking for something immediately January 1st. My preference would be somewhere in the Palm desert cathedral City Palm Springs area again if there's any questions or anything else I can answer please feel free to reach out
