Fully Furnished Private Room Available January–May

I’m looking for someone to sublease my private room in a fully furnished home from January–May, with the option to extend through August 1st.
The room is located in a quiet, private hallway, and the bathroom is right next to the room, shared with just one other girl.

The house does not have central AC, but I have a high-quality portable AC unit in the room that cools the space really well (down to about 67°F).

The house is all girls—everyone is friendly, clean, and respectful. The home is fully furnished, and the kitchen is well-equipped with two full-size refrigerators, a dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, air fryer, toaster, and plenty of storage space. Common areas are spacious and kept tidy.

There is plenty of parking with over 6 spots along the side and back of the house. The location is safe and convenient for students or working professionals.
