I have a bedroom in a 2br, 1 bath, 2nd floor walk-up apartment available starting 1/1/2021. The room will be unfurnished, is about 10x14, and has a closet. The rest of the apartment is furnished. The living room will already have a couch, TV, book shelves, media and coffee tables, and lamps. I cook quite a bit so the kitchen will also be stocked with a microwave, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, and misc. other equipment. There is no central air conditioning but the landlord allows for window AC units and there are fans in the common areas.
