Pre war 3rd floor walk up in the heart of midtown. High ceilings, French doors, wood floors. Closest subways nqrwf, and 6min walk to ace1 10min walk to 456. Central Park very close by.
This is an old building but I think it gives it some personality. Your bedroom has a non load bearing wall and partial cut out with a radiator in it. So you must be comfortable in cooler temperatures during colder months. The room currently has a (new) bed, dresser, built In closet and a lamp. I’m looking for someone to stay for at least 6months, with the potential to extend for the full year. The apartment is fully furnished. Must be clean and respectful of space.
I love to cook and I have all the gizmos and gadgets including a ninja coffee maker because coffee is life.
If you are flexible and adaptable, this is the place for you. I’ve been in this apartment for 10+ years! Internet and electricity included in the rent. We split monthly housekeeper.
Must have proof of employment. First month's rent and deposit required for move-in.
