Seeking male or female to share great 2 BR in beautiful charming old building with lots of natural sunlight! The A/C, 2/3, and 4/5 are all easily accessible. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. The available bedroom is fully furnished. Apartment includes a private patio in the back that's perfect for relaxing on during the warmer months. The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park.
About me: I'm 29 and I work as a paralegal. I often work late and sometimes on weekends. I'm fairly quiet, very considerate, and I like to keep the apartment fairly tidy but I'm not uptight about it. I have a digital piano that I play a little bit most nights, but I can play it with headphones or turn the volume down low so I won't bother you. Every once in a while I have friends over to play music, but I'll always give you a heads up to make sure you're okay with it.
