It’s a 3 bedroom apartment, but we turned the 3rd smaller room into an office. Laundry in the building, the living room is fully furnished, but happy to have new additions/ explore new decor. The room is the one with the fires escape, lots of great light in the apartment and exposed brick! We’re on the 1st floor, so only up 1 flight of stairs easy for move in and just general life.
