Im a 42 year old male NY native. I am very mild mannered, clean, courteous, respectful, and quiet. I work a lot especially from feb-oct i am extremely busy working doing what i love. I am passionate about arts and music. I do not use drugs and i don’t normally smoke pot but im okay with 420 friendly Roomate’s. I don’t smoke, party or bring parties home. If i drink (very seldom ) its having a beer or mixed drink at home with a home cooked dinner or going out to dinner or to watch a live show. I like to keep open dialogue so no resentments build up and i am easy to talk to and have no problem keeping up with what is expected of me as a roomate. I have 1 small 5Lb dog who is such an amazing guy. He is fully house broken and is the sweetest quietest guy ever. He literally NEVER EVER barks! I would urge anyone who is allowed to have pets to consider meeting us both as you can then see yourself how sweet and quiet he actually is and get a feel for my personality and how we interact. As id like to move in with other creative types or people who arent opposed to having a possible friendship. But at the least i would want to be sure we would be compatible as roomates. Aside from that i moved out of NYC in august of 2020 im relocated about 1-1/2 hours upstate where i currently reside but i have my old job waiting for me and money saved for rent and security. I would love the opportunity to meet in person and go from there. With the understanding of no pressure on either end.
