Hi, my name is Jerry, and I am looking for a roommate who would like to cosign a one year lease for an apartment with me in Washington Heights (close to GWB bus station, 179 st).

I am a 37-year-old male high school teacher. Married, however, will be living in NYC without my wife. I will be moving with a new couch, table, 4 chairs, and rice cooker. I have no pets but am pet-friendly. My ideal budget is $1,000-$1,500 per room.

Looking to move in the beginning of August.
