Move in August 1-15, 2019. Must sign a one year lease and pass credit check.

You must also pass a background check. I just had worst roommate experience ever.. she moved in, got laid off 2 weeks later, broke in my bedroom stole my cash, did not pay me her share of utilities.

Apt. Location: Skillman Ave. and Graham Ave. Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Prime location!

Apartment: 2002 building, 2nd floor, 650 sq. ft. apt. 2 bedrooms (one BR avail), bathroom w/tub, nice size living room-kitchen-dining room combo with hardwood floors, huge window, lots of light, air conditioner. Heat control in apt.

Available bedroom: size 11.5' x 8.5', sliding closet doors w/storage above, air conditioner, and hardwood floor.

Furnishings: your bedroom is unfurnished. LR, Kitchen, DR are furnished incl. TV. No dishwasher or laundry in building. Laundry nearby. Street parking if you own a car.

Your rent: $1400 + Utilities: Gas/Heat/Elec./Time Warner + Internet approx. $75-150 mo. each. depending if you sleep with AC or heat on all night long.
