Tammy B - $1,100/month

I'm a single mom with a 5 yr old daughter who I am the sole parent of. I have almost 18 yr old twin daughters who I see a couple times a month on weekends. They're going ro college next Fall. I work full time and am pretty low key on my days off. I like to get outdoors if the weather permits. No drinking, smoking or drugs and prefer to not be around it because I'm a recovered addict (6 years). I wouldn't mind if you are 420 outside or deink a little bit occasionally, wine or beer with dinner for example. I don't have time to date. I like a clean home. I want to find someone in a similar situation as me where we can start a friendship and if we vibe rent a place together in the future. Rent has gotten too high to live on my own but it's hard to find roommates with kid(s).
