ISO Roommate!!!
Hey, my name is Nat (she/they) and I am in search of a roommate for my 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment located in Cap Hill (16th Ave E & E Thomas St) starting JAN 1, 2023. Rent is $1200 each, which includes everything besides electricity! It’s a three story apartment building with only 15 units, overall chill and friendly energy, and the apartment is a second floor corner unit facing the main street. I do have my three legged 9 year old orange tabby cat who will be scared of you at first, but once he gets to know you he will be beggin you for head scratches! I am a 24 year old (in 2 weeks) ~ sagittarius ~ grad student and part-time server/bartender. I am a fairly silly n chill human bean, I am totally open to making a friend in this but also respect and accept if just looking for a good comfortable roommate situation!
Unfortunately the building is not wheelchair accessible

Steps and stairs rating: (A-)
Lighting is pretty great with the corner unit, a bunch of large windows and a high arched ceiling. There are overhead lights in every room except the living room, which has 3 lamps.
I do love candles and incense
I’m not a clean freak, but I’m not a messy freak! Having a pet I definitely like to keep up with the house, but have no expectations on how or when things get cleaned! The apt is never 100% spick and span.
Public transit is incredibly accessible in this neighborhood (relative to most others imo)
Noise level of the house is fairly neutral(?) it’s a shared space so depending on what is collectively preferred.
Couples are acceptable, but probably not preferred based on sizes of bathroom/kitchen
My bestie will be moving out this month, but paying out the end of our current lease (ends December 31, 2022). They will have multiple pieces of furniture they won’t want, so depending on if interested in the room there is potential free furniture in the deal!!
