Hi,

My name is Daniel, I'm looking for a place to stay in NYC (preferably Manhattan) from beginning of March to the end of July 2024. I come from the Czech Republic, but have lived in many other European countries (Germany, Austria) over the past years. I'm coming to the city for an internship.

I'm looking for a room in a shared appartment, number of flatmates isn't important. I'd prefer living with students or young professionals, but I am really flexible in these things. I also mostly prefer furnished rooms, but even that can be discussed.

I'm a non-smoker and don't own any pets but I don't mind either. I am a quiet and clean person, so I prefer a cleaning schedule in order to keep the place nice for everybody. I am more of an introvert, so definitely not a party animal, but I do like a nice chat with flatmates or a movie night etc., when there is time.
