Female roommate wanted for Wash Park apartment

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a FM roommate for the beginning of June. My current roommate is leaving after our lease is up.

About me:

I am a 25 year old law student (graduating in May) in Denver. I enjoy exploring Denver, drinking beer, hanging out with friends, working out, yada yada yada. When I'm feeling like a recluse, I like to read, and binge watch TV. I do not smoke anything and require someone who doesn't smoke either (I get bad migraines at the smell of smoke or smoke residue). I would prefer someone who is around the same age (20-28) who isn't a party animal, and is a young professional. I will occasionally have a few people over, but usually convene elsewhere. I don't mind if you have company over, but would like communication in advance if its more than 1 person. I want someone who is clean and tidy in common areas, and is willing to pitch in with a few chores. Rent is $825, which includes all utilities.

The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath, and is incredibly spacious. Its located right on the north end of Wash Park (literally a 30 second walk to the park), and is close to I-25, Pearl Street, South Gaylord Shops, and about at 10ish minute drive to downtown. This place is a perfect, central location. The location is secure, with a gym, indoor/outdoor pool, and has a 24 hour security guard.
