Hello,

My name is Alex and my fiance and I are relocating from California to Denver for work.
We are making this move rather quickly and need a place to stay for a short term of 3 months. We are willing to stay longer depending on if the space works for us and if the commute isn't too bad. We haven't had much luck with apartments due to not having enough work history in the state. Ideally we'd like to move in by April 1st.
My soon to be husband, Ezequiel, works in politics and works from home mostly, but does go to events for the political party gatherings. Don't worry, we aren't extremist or radicals. Nor is he a politician. I, on the other hand, work in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. It's just a fancy way to describe that I'm a private chauffeur that takes clients to their medical and therapeutic appointments.
We don't have children or pets. We both are completely new to Colorado! So we are looking forward to discovering as much as we can 😊
I hope that we fit what you're looking for in a tenant.
We did want to find out if you require a deposit with the 1st months payment on the day of move in. We'd also like to know if there is an application fee and process.
