My name is Mallory! I recently moved here from Chicago but am a Nashville native (so I might use y’all a little too much). The second roommate is Kelly, she is from the bay area. We both are pretty active – love working out, hiking, and exploring new places. We are in our mid to late 20’s/early 30’s. I work nearby at an analytics consulting firm while Kelly works from home as a financial planning manager. I would say that we are both career-focused and can spend long hours working, but we are also fairly outgoing and generally down-to-earth people. Available Room for Rent
Looking for Roommate in Broomfield Tech Center
We are looking for someone for a 12-month rental starting April 1st, although start date and term length are open for discussion, in person. Utilities not included in rent.
Location: The house is located conveniently off of Highway 36, right in the tech center. This is about an 18 min drive to Boulder. It’s just 5 minutes from Flatiron Mall and Movie Theater, and about 25 mins from downtown Denver.
Place: I am the new homeowner to a recently built 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath house that is a standalone home, but with a townhouse feel. The house includes a small balcony on the second floor as well as a beautiful rooftop area that is fully furnished that provides spectacular views of the mountains. You would be occupying the second bedroom (11x10). The bedroom is currently furnished with a queen size mattress and wooden platform/headboard for your use if interested. You will share the full bathroom with Kelly (more info on her in the Bio). Shared washer/dryer is located on the bedroom floor. Street parking is available and located right outside of the main entrance. The large shared kitchen is fully furnished (pots/pans, coffeemaker, toaster oven, etc.). Floor-plan or additional pictures can be provided upon request.
