Available Room for Rent

3 rooms for (hopefully) 2 people!

Hi! Looking to fill three rooms in my house in Bay Park starting August 15th, for a year long lease! Preferably would fill it with just two people since one room is pretty small (& there would be one bathroom for the two of you to share). Total cost for these rooms would be $3450 + utilities (~$100 per person per month), split however you guys want. Two friends or a couple would probably work best, but two individuals could also work. If you’re a couple, you could share the master and each have your own office, or do a combo office with a spare bedroom… if you’re just two friends/roommates, the third room still works great as an office and/or spare! Possibilities are endless 🙂 the house has one driveway spot and free street parking, a dishwasher, laundry, shed space, and an amazing backyard with a view of the canyon plus a sliver of ocean! 3 min drive to Sprouts, 5 min to the 5 freeway, 6 min to Vons, 15 min to the beach

Lil about me, me and my two cats would be your roommates on the other side of the house in the sunroom/garage lol (which has an add on bathroom). I’m 26, work full time but somewhat remote. I do a lot of reading, beaching, and walking with friends. Not a partier so looking for a relaxed living situation. Would love roommates that are super duper clean and friendly!
