Huge room available ASAP in 3bd/2br South Harlem apartment

We have a bedroom open in our 3 bed/2 bath Harlem apartment that is available for immediate move in. This is a doorman building with laundry on-site. You’ll pay $1200/month plus an additional $60 or so in utilities. The bedroom fits a queen size bed, dresser, a desk and it has ample closet space. You’ll also be given additional closet space in the hallway, and will share a bathroom with one other tenant (me.)
You must be willing to sign a 1-year lease.

Location:
In Harlem off of the 2/3 lines. The 6 and B/C lines are also close by.

About your future roommates:
We are two women in our late-20s and early thirties. I am a writer/editor and my roommate works in tech at Columbia. We’re friendly and social but we keep noise in the apartment at bay. We like to cook, enjoy cider and wine, and occasionally have guests over for dinner parties, etc, but we do not smoke recreationally or otherwise. If you are a smoker (cigarettes, etc) or if you are looking for a 420-friendly apartment, this is not the place for you.

About you:
You are a young professional female, reliable, responsible, considerate of those you share a space with, and you don’t bring the party home. You clean up after yourself and pitch in with maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment.
