Linda R - $1,300/month

Hello~ My name is Linda Raymond and I'm looking to move back to LA to be closer to my family.
I'd be 31 by the time I hope to move in around February or March, and I work as a remote designer. I'm super quiet, respectful, clean, and am hoping to make new friends since I've moved out of my parents place and need some new friends in my life.

I love cats, anime, cozy games, jeopardy, and horror/animated movies.
I don't have any pets, I don't smoke, I don't eat food that isn't explicitly mine, and strongly believe in responsible co-habitation. (I've had a really bad roommate in the past so I know the importance of proper communication and boundaries.)

Besides my remote work I also run an Etsy business, so I do have inventory that I need to put away that takes up a little space, but I'm hoping that wherever I live has enough room for it in either my room or some kind of available storage.

If anyone likes to cook, if the meal is shared then I'm happy to pitch in for communal groceries.
