My name is Julia and I am 26 years old. I'm looking for a roommate to live with me in my 2 Bed 1 Bath apartment in Los Feliz! I have currently been living in this space for 3 years and my roommate is in the process of moving out. It is a quiet building on a family street. The photos were taken from the last time I had to find a roommate (2024), so I have a bit more furniture, but the space is the same!

The rent is $1200/month each and parking is included, although there is usually plenty of street parking, as well. Water and trash pickup are included, but gas, electric and internet are additional. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed, as much as I would love to have one.
