I am looking for one to two roommates whose budget is around 1500 (I can go lower as well), and are interested in moving to Brooklyn.

A little bit about me! I am 23 years old, and am aiming to move to NYC in mid-October to begin a job doing advocacy to the UN on human rights issues. I am looking for a 12 month lease, but am flexible on that. I just finished up my masters degree in international politics in the UK, but I am originally from Arkansas. I am queer and having a LGBTQ+ friendly household is a must for me. I am big into starting new hobbies (I just finished a five-week pottery course, for example), traveling, reading, gym, and cooking (I love to try out new veg recipes). I am quite extroverted, and so I am looking for flatmates that are clean, considerate, and friendly. I am vaccinated and boostered (twice).
