Professional in the automotive industry. Originally from Europe. Highly educated. Lived in multiple countries, travelled to 65+
Work from home. BIG requirement is a garage, ideally 2 cars (for me) + 1 (or more?) for you.
Flexible on area, as long as area is good! Long Beach (the good area), Lakewood, Whittier, Fullerton, Santa Ana, Walnut, Rowland Heights, etc
Pool is almost a must unless the rest is really absolutely spot on.
Not looking to live with more than one other person to keep things simple.
My budget 2.5k + your budget 2.5k should get us something nice.
I have pooltable, 120" TV, etc - so looking to have a nice little spot to relax.

So to summarize:
- no nonsense, but fun individual working from home
- looking for: ~2500+sqft house to share with ONE other person, 2+ car garage (I need two spots), pool, large living room
