Hi,
I'm a PR professional who lives upstate in the Catskills (remote working situation) but I need digs in the city as I'm there 2-3 days per week for work.
Basically I'd love an empty room in an apartment that's already furnished to have a reliable place to stay and keep my things.
I like to hang out, cook, read, chill, when I'm at home. I don't have any pets but I'm fine with a roommate who does - I love animals but I travel too much to have one of my own.
It's very rare that I would be there during a weekend and I'm married so I won't be bringing anyone home. Not that I mind if my roommate does!
My husband isn't a big fan of the city so he would be there maximum 1 or 2 nights per year.
I'm super tidy and pretty much a minimalist when it comes to home decor.
I'm about as low impact as a roommate could get basically.
Oh, and I work in the beauty industry so I bring home beauty swag on the regular. If we're roommates you'll never have to buy soap or body lotion or shampoo again.
