Sarah V - $2,500/month

Hi there, I'm Sarah, a writer and editor, primarily for magazines, sometimes for books. I sometimes work at home, but also go to cafes; I wouldn't mind a full-time job, but recently moved back to town from LA and haven't found one yet. I do have a guarantor, however. I'm dating someone at the moment, but he would not come to the apartment; he has his own place, and I generally go there.

This situation is surprising to me because I'm usually a lesbian, which means essentially that I'm fine with any sexual orientation. I'm generally quiet, definitely don't party, such as that goes. I love animals, cats in particular, so that would be a bonus as far as I'm concerned.

I generally like things to be clean and to leave them that way, especially kitchen and bathroom. I'm not insane about it though, and will not throw a fit if there's a glass in the sink or something like that.

I'm also a yoga instructor, though I teach rarely these days. I do like to exercise though, mainly yoga but also swimming and running. I'm generally friendly and can be social, or keep to myself, depending on what chemistry is at hand. I love to read, but I basically do that for a living, so don't do as much of that as I'd like.
