Hi! Looking for a roommate to share rent in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment :)

The kind of roommate that I am:

> I take care of my belongings and shared belongings; I clean up after myself and shared spaces.
> I believe strongly in communication, especially if it's about a difficult topic or draws up difficult feelings, and I'd like the people in my life to do the same (especially if I'm going to be living with a stranger).
> I have a dog (golden retriever) who's very friendly and well-trained.
> At minimum, I'd like us to coexist, and at best, I end up with a roomie who becomes a really great friend :)
