Julia M - $1,000/month

Hello! My name is Julia and I am look for a roommate/housing situation for the summer and coming school year or just the school year. I am finishing up my junior year in college and headed into my senior year. I am looking to live either in Jersey or somewhere in Manhattan or close to it to be able to commute to school in Manhattan.

I have a cat, so my roommate(s) would need to be okay with that and be someone I can trust around her. She is very social and loves to be around people but she’s definitely a bit of a diva. I prefer she is the only pet but we can manage if need be and feel comfortable doing so.

I like to keep my space tidy and prefer you do the same. Cleaning and disinfecting is a must at least once a week. I am not anal about cleaning and understand life gets in the way but I can not be surrounded by mess/clutter.

I am willing to look for a new place with you (or you and 1 other person) as well as move in to an existing housing situation or lease. I’d like to spend no more than 1000 a month on all rental/amenity expenses, preferably under. I realize that is wishful thinking in this area lol but we can discuss that further. I come with general kitchen, cleaning supplies, and a few too many useless knickknacks.
