Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease, which runs through May 1st (with the option to renew after). The apartment is in downtown Hoboken, just a quick walk to the PATH station, so it’s super convenient for commuting to NYC. We’re also surrounded by tons of great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, so there’s always something to do nearby!
