I've been living in NYC for 3 years now and moved to the Crown Heights neighborhood last fall. I love all of the cute restaurants and bars along Franklin Ave and the apartment is conveniently located close to the C + A and is under a 15 minute walk to the 5/2/3.
It's a 2 bedroom/1 bath and my roommate is moving back home to California when the lease is up in September. I'm looking for someone who is easy going, clean and fun to be around! Would love to be able to come home and have a glass of wine together and catch up on the week occasionally. I don't have a pet but am an animal lover so happy to discuss the possibility of one.
I'm usually out late at least a few nights a week with friends or at a Broadway show. I try to spend at least one day out of the weekend hanging in Brooklyn and enjoying the neighborhood. Always down to try a new restaurant! You would be moving into the bigger bedroom which is $1,200 and we would split the cost of WIFI/electricity. There's laundry in the basement and we have access to the rooftop which has a nice view of the Manhattan skyline.
