Classic brownstone Chicago apartment. It’s small, but warm and charming with its eclectic mix of vintage and antique furniture, hardwood floors, steam radiators (better for lungs!), and relatively high ceilings. I put a lot of work into making it a creative and inviting space. Wifi, water, gas, and electric included. There's a shared and fairly large back yard. DO YOU PLAY PIANO?? Would LOVE to hear! About 30 units, I'd guess.
