Hiii! I’m looking for two new roommates in my incredibly spacious, sunny 3BR/2B apartment. The lease ends Aug. 31st and my management company has asked us to sign a lease renewal by July 15th.
This apartment is a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows. The bedrooms both has floor to ceiling windows. TONS of sunlight in every room of the apartment! The larger room has its own bathroom and balcony. Both rooms can fit at least a queen size bed. The other room has 2 closets with ample space.
The apartment in general has tons of natural lighting, floor to ceiling windows, modern/minimalistic aesthetic, and it’s really spacious as we have both a living room & dining room area, along with a balcony adjacent to the common space.
The building has a ton of amenities: yoga room, sauna room, gym, game room, theater, spa/nail salon, dry cleaners, business center, workspaces, gorgeous rooftop, photography & art studio etc. Our building also has a courtyard, and a gorgeous, furnished roof with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.
The building is equal distance between the Morgan / Montrose L and the Flushing JMZ - about an eight minute walk to each train.
